OUR PURPOSE
To foster tennis competition among senior men nationwide.
Our Goal
To increase interest, raise awareness of the health benefits from participation, improve the quality of senior events and provide support to other established charities serving underprivileged children and seniors in the tennis community. We also aim to provide a forum for communicating with members, for exchanging information and ideas amongst members, and to provide input to the United States Tennis Association that would be of benefit to senior men’s tennis.

NMTA is a qualified charitable 501(c)(3) organization.
If you are 70½ or older, you may be able to make a tax-advantaged gift to NMTA directly from your IRA through a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD). A QCD allows you to transfer funds directly from an eligible IRA to a qualified charitable organization such as NMTA. The distribution can count toward your Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) for the year and, when all IRS requirements are met, may be excluded from your taxable income. For 2026, you may be able to make QCDs totaling up to $111,000. To make a QCD, the funds must be transferred directly from your IRA administrator to NMTA. Contact your IRA administrator for instructions and to confirm that your distribution qualifies as a QCD.
